Mount St. Helens

This week’s travel retreat takes us virtually to Mount Saint Helens in Skamania County, Washington.  Seen to the left, this is a picture of the pre-1980 explosion mountain called Mt. Fuji’s Sister.  Almost two decades later, while still active and changed forever, nature is still abundant and re-growing in the path of earlier destruction.
