Balancing the internal forces within the body can sometimes be essential to living a better life. Emotions, thoughts, energy all combine to create the human body engine. When one fragment of this is out of alignment, we can spin off in random directions. In some ways, trying to balance these machines is a lifelong system.
Because of meditations and dreams recently, I have started to look at my sacral Chakra or the Golden Urn. This is the seat of creativity and desire. Through all of the different balancing techniques such as Yoga or Qigong, the focus is letting go. This includes negative emotions, fear, and dysfunction. While the stimuli can be external or internal, they all come to rest within the body system. Clearing this out can be difficult.
Let go and enjoy life. This does not mean to ignore responsibility. It means to find a zest for life, to enjoy the creative process. In my own personal life, this equates to cooking. Within the last two weeks, I have found myself trying to reconnect with skills that I used on a daily basis in the past. Much of this links in with some of the meditations that I have been doing.
