It is currently 63 degrees outside at about 8:45 in the evening. The day saw low 70s around the region. It is a beautiful night in late January. A large portion of the retreat’s bonsai that were in cold storage have been pulled as temperatures are predicted to stay this way for the next week. After that, we may have a drop down to the upper 30s but all of the trees that were pulled can survive those temperatures. Hopefully, within the next few weeks the area will see a burst of life as the buds lengthen and explode, not only on the bonsai but the other plants in the retreat. Namaste.
As an update, the morning has been a bit chillier than it has been in the past few days. However, the humidity is also up with a chance of rain throughout today, tomorrow, and Sunday.
